About Us

Our Story

ILOCOS FOOD PRODUCTS (IFP) started as a food processor with the business name "ILOCOS CHICHACORN" in 1989 producing only crispy fried corn known as "Chichacorn".

With the assistance of Philippine Government Agencies like the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Agriculture (DA) and Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bantay, Ilocos Sur, IFP increased its product lines.

At present, IFP processes chichacorn, banana chips, sweet potato chips, roasted peanuts, squash pancit canton, polvoron, dried mango, vinegar, bagoong, basi, primera basi, duhat wine, tamarind wine and tropical wine.

IFP joined in local, national and international trade fairs and was given National Awards as (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise) MSME TOP SELLER for Processed Food Sector.

To be the leading purveyor of Ilocano culinary heritage, recognized globally for excellence, authenticity, and the sustainable promotion of Northern Philippine flavors.

To bring the authentic flavors of Ilocandia to every table by preserving traditional recipes, supporting local farmers, and producing high-quality food products that showcase the rich cultural heritage of the North.
